Preferred locations are in the Gulf Coast, Texas, Louisiana and SE New Mexico areas. The company has no preference on formation and depth limitations. The company prefers shooting 3-D seismic or prospects based on 3-D seismic to minimize risk, unless well is supported by subsurface control. The company will consider re-entry and deepening of wells or recompletions. One well deals will be considered but will also consider risk reward which certainly is key to a one well deal. The company has no preference over oil or gas deals; however, oil is less of a commodity risk. A criteria for development opportunities is a plus.
